I'll take it! My dad is coming at the end of February for a visit and, normally, we talk about our weight, how we're doing/not doing but I haven't mentioned to him that I'm losing. It floated through my mind the other day...I wonder what I could get accomplished between now and February weight-wise and then just surprise him. No pressure to perform, the pleasure of surprise...

It's like that quote "what would you do if you knew you couldn't fail?"

Weight loss is only a small portion of what we eat and how we move. The mind (the emotional/spiritual part) directs everything we do. When the mind is not "in gear" the rest is a struggle. When we're in balance, it flows more smoothly. It isn't always easy either way but a smoother ride with results is what I'm looking forward to.

I think I'm going to aim for another 20 by end of Feb but not tell him. That would put me under 170 which would be really FUN. :)
