1341 kcal Fat: 79.72g | Prot: 84.45g | Carb: 81.14g.   Breakfast: half and half, coffee, atkins day break peanut butter fudge crisp bar. Lunch: apple, Cottage Cheese. Dinner: classico tomato sauce, milk, pepperidge farm whole wheat, egg, ground beef, broccoli, feta cheese, leafy green romaine, cucumber, ranch dressing, cherry tomato. Snacks/Other: teddie chunky peanut butter, Celery, orbit sweet mint gum, fiber gummies. more...
