I'm fasting at the moment . . . blood work this a.m. at 10:30. I don't have a problem skipping food, but the coffee! That's hard! :-) if you had told me pre-age 65 that I would like coffee, I'd have laughed. I started drinking coffee to help keep my brain from going down hill. Now, I actually love it. I went from a little coffee in my milk and sugar to full blown black. Coffee is like chocolate, the less milk, the healthier. I now make "Turkish" cocoa. I put 12 oz of water in my Turkish coffee pot, add 1Tbsp cocoa, boil it up, add some stevia and, voila! Cocoa to die for. Good morning everyone. I'll see you when I get back from the Doc's.
