Well considering I have not exercised or followed the diet at all the past 2 weeks, I am pretty happy to say that I have only gained 1 lb.....that is defiantly a great feeling. Now I know that I can maintain and still eat. Things are starting to get back to normal, still having such a hard time with loosing my niece, but it is getting better every day. She is my guardian angel now and is watching over me and helping me thought this and that is a wonderful feeling. As much as I want to be selfish and have her back, I know she is in such a better place and I know one day we will meet again! Thanks for all of your wonderful words of kindness in this hard time and the prayers are defiantly felt in the heart! I will be starting back up next week and I am going to get rid of the rest of the pesky weight once and for all...also starting back up at the gym, I think I need it!!

You are keeping such a great attitude and focus on this, I am sure that is doing a great deal to help your family as well. Now let's BOTH get rid of this weight alrerady!
