OK, so I officially started back on the diet the 24th and am so ready to get the weight back off!!!!! I didn't gain all back that I originally lost, but I intend to lose all that I did plus!!! I did start back at the gym in November and fell off as the holidays got busy and I got pretty sick...but I am back and in the full swing of things! I am so ready to be comfortable with myself like I was a year ago! So far so good....wish me luck! Jan 27th ~ Feeling pretty great today...I have worked out ever day this week, going to the gym Monday and today, Volleyball Monday night, the elliptical machine at home on Tuesday and Zumba last night. Feeling pretty good about things so far! Eating nothing but rice, veggies and fruit is so hard, but I am pushing myself to get through the first 9 days...then I can add in meat and other things! I never really stopped eating good, I just didn't watch how much and that is what kicked my butt...also, not working out as much I am sure had something to do with it! But I am back and ready to kick this weight in the butt and look great this summer!!! Best of luck to you all!
