No lose is good news right,had a few struggles this week mostly in drinking the water. i managed to get off that some how. Today is Sunday so i will try and start over.
270.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 90.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know what you mean. I do better the more water I can force down. I set a gallon jug on the counter and try to drink all of it. I do pretty good. Sometimes I add those liquid Mio flavors to it. Anything to stay hydrated, right?

trying to get off diet soda but i don't like fruit flavored drinks and tea and coffee dry my mouth out so bad. i really have a battle with dry mouth. they tell me it is from the radiation I had to my thyroid. It is causing my teeth to break so now I'm in the process of working on my teeth,

Would plain fizzy water interest you??? I am sorry about your dry mouth. My grandmother suffered with that following radiation on her throat. I hope you find a drink you enjoy. x
