I love my dogs, husband, music, computer, family, books, nature. The order varies from day to day......
I was an average sized child, a skinny adolescent, a trim 20's, a less trim 30's. It got worse in my 40's so I tried Food Combining (which was great) but I slipped. Then in my 50's I tried Atkins, and not only lost weight, but felt great also, but I slipped again. If I don't eat, I am fine, when I eat, its easy to begin bingeing if I haven't got a diet to follow. I had gastritis and oesophagitis in 2011. I am also suffering aches and pains. I am 61 and I feel like an old lady.
I grew up in UK but now live in Turkey. It means there's wonderful fruit and veg which is cheap. Fish can be cheap. Meat is dear, and pork is limited and expensive. :)
