I love my pets, husband, music, computer, family, books. The order varies from day to day......
I was an average sized child, a skinny adolescent, a trim 20's, a less trim 30's. It got worse in my 40's so I tried Food Combining (which was great) but I slipped. Then in my 50's I tried Atkins, and not only lost weight, but felt great also, but I slipped again. If I don't eat, I am fine, if I eat, its easy to begin bingeing. I had gastritis and oesophagitis in 2011, the doc says I should eat regular, smaller meals. I am also suffering aches and pains. I am 59 and I feel like an old lady.
2012 was an 'Atkins and Cheat' year (started well but repeated guests derailed me too many times, -no willpower), not good. 2013 I had a hysterectomy. I did well with the WOE, looked great but slipped in the autumn. So, 2014 it is. I feel ready for a fresh start. Dietary boxing gloves on.
