SOOOO I made it down a few this week which I was so not sure I was going to do.I put Mike on strict induction and he is down 5 lbs since last Wednesday which I think is awesome. Ive been pretty strict myself but did have happy hour Saturday which I noticed slows things down to a crawl on losing. So, as much as I enjoy happy hour, its gonna have stop for a few weeks. I slacked off on the gym too but only bc I had a crazy week and had car troubles due to a bad storm that blew in here and caused my engine to hydrolock and put me out 300 bucks. Just didnt feel like working out after that. BUT I did get in my 10 k in steps, they just didnt come from the treadmill. Im just glad I didn't gravitate towards bad foods for comfort.Goals for the week : work out 5 days in a row, minimum of 10k per day and get some calisthenics in at least 2 days, keep working on my water and veggie intake and wake up early every day this week. Also, i want to phase out the processed foods and try and eat more clean and healthy.
