That's okay. I had McDonalds at 2am, while waiting at the Emergency Room for my daughter. I don't know what causes those binges but they can sure be destructive to the RDI, No? Try to eat light today and do a little extra exercise. Its still possible to come in under your RDI. Look at it this way, the fries are gone now. Tomorrows another day.
