food you dream of
We make smores something like that at school with the kids for snack. Marshmallow fluff is wonderful for smores and if you want it melted just microwave for a couple of seconds. Heaven!

Love all of your posts. I HATE a particular roll of fat, called the "Apron". It's the bottom stomach roll that sags over my hip flexors. NOTHING make me feel more FAT than that DARN THING!!!!!!!

Me toooooo!!! and what do you do about that darn thing when you are trying to run or exercise and its flapping all over the place. I have not been able to find anything to wear that helps. Any ideas?

Thanks everyone for your support. I think this is going to be a very long road but it looks like I will be able to find lots of support here.

New here. My story? Overweight all my life (since age 9). Typically eat well, but too much I am afraid. Diets? Done them all - the commercial ones - WW, Atkins, South Beach, Slim Fast, Opti-fast. Even used diet aids such as vitamin mixtures and Dexatrim (remember that?). I have lost 80 pounds before when I was on medication for insulin resistance. I got down to 203. Then had some major medical problems that required months of recoup time. Then cancer (years of recoup time) then gall stones (without a gall bladder...who knew?)...finally I am well again and able to eat regular food and not just bland starchy stuff.
Now I am trying to tame the beast once more. I have 100+ pounds to lose. I have lots of reasons for doing so...insurance premiums, family, social reasons...but really this time I am doing it for ME. Its time to get it off and keep it off. I deserve better than I have been treating myself all my life. I'm tired of not being able to do the things I want to do or being uncomfortable doing them because of my weight.

I only have one buddy so anyone who wants to support me along the way please add me.
