Not a huge loss but I'm sure that I am gaining lot of muscle mass. I had to tighten my belt another notch and the recent shirts I bought are starting to get more loose.
248.0 lb Lost so far: 81.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks everyone. What a very tiring day yesterday. I helped somebody move and still had time to get an hour of walking in. I slept so well last night and I read that sleep is very very important for healthy weight loss. Your body does not produce ghrelin (the hormone that makes you hungry) while your sleeping.
