Thanks everyone! Yesterday I overdid my afternoon walk and not used to the warmer temp. I must have been dehydrated because I felt so weak after my walk. I carry a bottle and drink while walking but the dry desert air and the sun can really extract it fast. I will increase my walk in morning and not try to do so much in afternoon.
