down a few more and feeling great about it.Clothes feel better and I def feel better. However today am low on energy. Still sipping my coffee though and hope that helps. Total loss is 17 lbs since 01/01/15.
233.0 lb Lost so far: 73.0 lb.    Still to go: 83.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi. You're drinking coffee to boost your metabolism? I just looked up coffee, as I stopped drinking it years ago, and see there are apparently a lot of benefits to drinking it. I might try to give it a go. Unfortunately, and this may help us both, the body gets used to coffee if drunk too often and so the weight loss effect of it is really short term. Somewhere online suggests two weeks on, two weeks off; to generally cycle consumption so the body doesn't get too used to it. I might get some coffee on the next shop run!
