Good workout, great weight loss.
342.6 lb Lost so far: 53.4 lb.    Still to go: 142.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you, everyone. I've started to gear my diet towards building muscle instead of just losing fat, and I've seen some great returns. Now that my lean muscle mass has increased, I've upped my calories and protein intake. I also put in a day's rest between workouts, and have one day be chest/back, and the next be arms/shoulders/legs. It's really made a difference!

@Kenna Morton indeed. Me included. The rest has allowed my body to recover completely, I have more energy, and I can see and feel the difference already.
