Well, I'm back again. Got sick just after thanksgiving and am now over it. Starting again a few pounds up.
184.4 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 44.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1056 kcal Fat: 39.32g | Prot: 37.68g | Carb: 147.80g.   Breakfast: Sue Bee Honey, Lemon, Bulletproof Upgraded Collagen Protein. Lunch: Hillshire Farm Turkey Polska Kielbasa (2 oz), Butter, Broccoli Flower Clusters, Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Colavita White Balsamic Vinegar, Ken's Steak House Lite Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, Tomatoes, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Dinner: Chocolate Fudge, Almonds, Chicken Stock, Butter, White Bread. Snacks/Other: Chocolate Fudge. more...
