Now that's what I'm talking about!!!
1.2 pounds lost since my last weigh in puts me at 207.8...Wooo Hooo!

I guess upping my water intake did it and my body is now getting used to it.

Can anyone help with this one question? I have lost a bit and have noticed skin sag around my stomach; not much anywhere else. As I move forward this sag will probably be more pronounced. My hope is the skin will eventually get back to where it should be. But if not, is there anything short of surgery that anyone has done or heard of to tighten the skin?
207.8 lb Lost so far: 61.2 lb.    Still to go: 42.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'll be watching for replies, as I'm noticing some loose skin as well. That said, if loose skin is by biggest body problem, I'll be pretty ecstatic. :)
