Three days completed on the Fat Fast now back to Induction. I am back down to 208#. Been here before but maybe this will kick my metabolism into high gear. I was hoping to do the fast for a total of five days nut psychologically I don't think that I can. Who ever would have thought I'd crave MIMs?
I am hoping if I restart in Induction and keep it really clean that I'll continue to lose and break this stall. I think I'll aim for 1500 calories and see how that works.
I'll be able to work out this week at the new club that I joined so that will help too. I can't wait to try the whirlpool after a class. I sure do miss those jets on my lower back. That is my idea of heaven. We had 7 calves born yesterday. Of course the weather was really crappy so it makes them impossible to tag. Today will be busy. Guaranteed!
I started unpacking my last few bags and boxes from when I moved here and found 6 pairs of jeans that now fit me! YEAH! I also found 3 almost brand new bras that fit. Wish I had known that last week before I bought 5 new ones but that's OK. I can't wait to see what is in the last few boxes. I still haven't found my navy blue slippers. Of all the things to be missing.
Oh, and Friday I wore a pair of scrubs to work that were a size L and they fit comfortably! The little things in life make me so happy!
208.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey, thanks for stopping by my journal :) Hoping this move for you is the right thing to kick things back into gear! Hate to say this...but you might have to lose the SF jello. Between the gelatin, and the artificial ingredients, there is something in there that totally stalled me out in the beginning. I have no idea how to explain it, but it was the absolute ONLY thing I ate that was not fresh, whole, or natural... and once I removed it... the losses resumed w/ in about a week. Just a thought...
