Finally able to be back with all my FS buddies. Thanks for all your support during these past few weeks. Just trying to get life back to somewhat normal at the moment. My committment to this journey is now stronger than ever!!
255.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 95.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good morning, Babs! I think it's wonderful that you are even more committed to living a healthier lifestyle. We have missed you Babs, you have been in my thoughts and prayers. I know you've been through a lot in the last few weeks. I applaud you for your commitment to yourself! I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your brother, and that your husband is ill also, as well as caring for your elderly parents. You do indeed have more on your plate than one person should be expected to carry. I am glad you have a great support system and great FS buddies. Just wanted to add my voice and support to the others. I admire your stick-to-it-ness in the midst of all this chaos.

Oh Babs, I'm SO sorry to read about your brother! OMG, I don't even have words for this. What a shock, I'm sure. It's a horrible thing, for sure, but hope it has strengthened your resolve in this journey. Not that it makes it any easier, for sure. But sometimes it helps when we are faced at what could be... Babs, I am really proud of you for your resolve. You truly do have your plate full at this point and it can be so difficult to cope. I am glad that you were able to stick to your lifestyle for the most part. Hope that things start to get better for you now. Hugs, dear lady!
