So I am starting over today. I am going to take starting pictures along with my measurements so I can help track my progress. Measurements will be done weekly and pictures will be monthly. I have changed over my diet plan to the same as Draglist which fits nicely with the calorie counting anyhow which I am still doing. Thanks to him and the simulation that I learned about from his information, I have discovered how many calories should actually be consumed and all that lovely stuff. He is a great resource! I am pretty determined to complete this program and I think a reset is honestly what I truly need to rediscover my motivation and such. It is a pleasant side effect though I am doing it with the hopes that my youngest sister will join me and start to build up her confidence and self-esteem. :)
There are a lot of changes that I am going to be working on so hopefully this time, I won't fall off of the motivation train. Then again, I have found that FS has such wonderful people here and they are all very supportive. Alright...enough babbling from me. Off to start my day!! :D
Daily Summary*Oil Pulling: Oil pulling was completed today while I prepped for today. I have gotten my younger sister and her bf into the oil pulling as well! Now over time, they will see the benefits that come from this practice. OH! On a side note...my receding gum is almost completely healed!! I am soooooo excited about that!
*P90X: Today, since I started over was Chest and Back and the Ab Ripper X. Even though the Chest, Shoulders and Triceps was harder in terms of what exercises you did, I am pushing myself harder than I did the first time around and I have heavier weights so...kicking my own butt by pushing myself! :)
