I stepped on the scale this morning and the first thing I said was WHAT?! and immediately jumped off the scale. I didn't think what I saw was right and didn't want to get my hopes up. The next time I stepped on I thought the scale must be broken. I think I tried one more time, then called in my girlfriend for a second opinion. I had her read me the scale while I stared straight ahead. I CAN'T BELIEVE IT! I'm so excited. This explains why my pants keep falling down from my waist to my hips(I HATE belts). Almost 5 lbs gone in a week! I followed Draglist's advice and started the MIT Carson Chow plan. I didn't follow it exactly. I had a couple of good days, and a couple of not so good days, and I wasn't sure I did very well, but it WORKED! I even had pizza almost everyday! I work at a pizza restaurant and I'm broke, so it was cheap and easy. Our pizza is cracker thin crust though and I would literally weigh it down with veggies. I also think cutting WAY back on my sugar intake was key as well. I'm not going to get my hopes up for this every week, but this week was A W E S O M E!!!

DOH! My math was wrong! I LOST 5.6 POUNDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IN A WEEK!!!!!!!! I thought it was 4.something. :D :D :D :D :D OVER. THE. MOON!
185.4 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 45.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Awesome job, isn't it wonderful to get results like that, it gives the incentive to keep it going and mind what you put into your mouth, I just love it....just keep doing what you are and you'll see promising results. :D

Thank you so much you guys! I'm so excited! Roses I'm expecting my loss to slow down too, it's ok though it's still a loss right? Crash it's amazing what they can reduce to a math equation. You should really look up Draglist. He's been so helpful getting me started. He used this diet to lose a lot of weight and has more tips. You guys are all great for supporting me too!
