Strawberry alert
I wonder if the calorie counts shown here are accurate.

Here's what shows up:

1 cup Frozen Strawberries 222 calories

1 cup Strawberries Unsweetened in Water Pack (Cooked or Canned) 51 calories

that just looks like a huge difference and I wonder if someone can explain.

USDA gives a one cup cal count from
32 to 74 depending on slicing vs. pureed.

I wonder if the frozen strawberries that show up here have sugar added and it doesn't show in the ingredients.

Who wears biker shorts under dresses? (can we talk about chaffing?)
I used to dance with a woman who wore bike shorts because when she turned her skirt would rise and she was too modest for the resulting exposure... we men felt cheated, but it helped her dance with more vigor...

Hope someone will double check my calorie computations below for about six meals prepared in one bowl.

8 servings oatmeal steel (2 cups dry) 1200

My mix of strawberry, blueberry, groats, PB2 seems to come in at about 150 cals per mug, i.e., 1.75 cups. Even at 2 cups per mug 6 mugs a day gets 1770 ...
