I feel you! I fall off track and back on track and the cycle goes on and on. You probably drank a lot of water while traveling to keep hydrated. It's VACATION!

I know how you feel - 3 pounds for me too. I've been back for 2 weeks and finally feel like I have my head on straight again all things food related. Oh well, life goes on and eventually our scales will go down!!!

When I'm on vacation, I load up on the "good" vacation food like shrimp and lobster. Super low cal and if you're on a cruise ship, available in abundance.

You'll get rid of those pounds in no time! I believe one or two will just disappear. Just hang in there. It seems to really get harder as we get closer to our goal, doesn't it?
