Just back from Cuba last night...so tired, slept for about 4 hours. Had a great time but ate and drank so much - terrified of the scale and bnot going near it for a few days.
Feeling down today....this whole diet and getting old thing is truly depressing me. Oh well, life goes on regardless.

Age is just a number, I really believe that. I still feel the same as I always did, actually better! You probably just need to regroup! Don't get discouraged, everything will fall back into place. Great to hear from you.
