3 lbs. to Onederland! At this rate, on track for 195 before Thanksgiving. The past few days I ended up doing OMAD which is fine. Finally got out for groceries last night so more options now. I had run out of Crystal Light (which never happens) and was using the flavor enhancers for water yesterday. Not the same, but better than our water from the tap. Good to know it will do in a pinch. Made sliced sauteed chicken for lunch and then dipped in mayo/mustard. So. Good. Had only planned on eating half the chicken breast but it tasted so good I ate it all. Might do it again for lunch today. Also noticed at the grocery that soy sauce has 3 carbs per TBSP??? Yup. NOPE. I put it back. Don't need 1 TBSP to give me 1/2 my salt for the day either.

Have a good day buddies!

I get you on the Crystal Light and flavor enhancers. We moved to Phoenix this year and the water is awful ... and that was being spoiled by spending the past 18 years in two cities with dinner of the best tasting water in the US. It's been a tough gh transition and I haven't adjusted yet to the tap water.

Our friends in the Phoenix area invested in an undersink water filter system (under $100 at Costco or Home Depot or Loews.. They change out the filters twice a year (about $50); it's much more environmentally friendly than drinking bottled water. I've had water from their filter tap and it's very good! You might consider doing that.

We have a whole house filter but need to look into one for under the sink.
