Good Morning morning all you lovely, wonderful, BEAUTIFUL, health-minded Fat Secret Peoples!


So today will be a challenge. I have an all day workshop where lunch is provided and then dinner out with a friend. I did not do as well as I would have liked yesterday. Shoulda skipped the appetizer and (without it I woulda been fine) but I let my husband choose the appetizer and I said I WANTED one because I was hungry! Ugh I knew my calorie count was low before dinner but not low enough ;)

Ah well so today I face my challenges squarely. I know there will cookies and I will have just one (not one of each type) I will fill my plat with salad and go for tiny tiny portions of other things. I will fill up my water bottle and sip on it all day and I will choose some sensible grilled thing for dinner with a side of veggies and maybe a salad salad.

Old Man Scale: Well considering how much salt I had yesterday evening and TOM's visit, no wonder he is cranky! But my new resolve and being back to good habits should have him back in good spirits in no time flat!


January Goals:
Ceiling: 12lbs to 230, Mid-range: 9lbs, Floor goal: 7lbs

Next Mini: 235!

Goal by my birthday, March 15th: weigh in @ 220.


Calories: 1500 - 1800
1800 - 2000 more calories used than eaten
Veggie/fruit/legume goal: 4 cups a day
