Not 100% yet. No problem with the food, but can't exercise much right now until I get rid of this chest cold and off the meds. I plan to be back at it on Monday. Right now thru the weekend it is still tons of rest and antibiotics.
254.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 94.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Ugh.... sorry you're sick. You are doing the right thing by taking time off to rest while you're on medication. And I totally agree with your tip on WATER! I preach WATER too! And a bit of sunshine. Not tanning or enough to get burned, but lil' bit of sunshine can chase away the blues and give our attitudes a jolt. LOL Hope you get to feeling better real soon. :o)

Oh, Babs, I was really hoping that you would be back up to snuff by the weekend. Take care and rest. It is what is best for you! Hopefully you will back at full speed by Monday!!

Getting well is the #1 priority. Go easy on everything and rest whenever you've got the inclination. Hope you feel better soon.
