I'm going to get back on phase 2 and try to get back down to where I was at the end of Aug.


Cruise to lose challenge
114.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1399 kcal Fat: 72.42g | Prot: 98.17g | Carb: 74.27g.   Breakfast: vitamins (multi, cinnamon, B12, omega 3, garlic, calcium, cholest-off, niacin, nexium, hyzaar), ricotta. Lunch: steak, snow peas. Dinner: cream cheese, Klondike Slim a Bear, smoked salmon, Parmesan Cheese (Hard). Snacks/Other: cashews, wine. more...

WOMAN...let's roll those sleeves up and get to work then! I'm there! what time do you wanna meet in the a.m. for our walk??? we'll cut down that street with all those dogs again! we'll run for our lives and lose a ton of weight between the calorie burning AND the fright!! lol

Hope it works out 4 you!!!!! I don't know anything about the south beach diet but I know going back to basics is usually key to weight loss!
