Okay, given the body's natural fluctuations and any margin for error from the scale itself... at 295, I think I should be able to officially celebrate "under 300"!
299.3 lb Lost so far: 53.3 lb.    Still to go: 164.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1688 kcal Fat: 121.82g | Prot: 118.13g | Carb: 21.11g.   Breakfast: Fish Oil Softgels (1000 mg), SARGENTO mexican cheese blend, Flax Seed Oil Softgels (1000 mg), egg. Lunch: Seasoned Oil Cured Olives in Oil, feta cheese, olives, Newman's Own Light Italian Dressing, red pepper, Cos or Romaine Lettuce. Dinner: Seasoned Oil Cured Olives in Oil, egg, Beef Outside Skirt Steak (Trimmed to 1/4" Fat). Snacks/Other: BABYBEL cheddar cheese, BABYBEL original semisoft cheese, Orbit Wintermint Sugar Free chewing gum, water. more...
