Worked out with weights today. Thought I would have dropped another pound, but no luck. Wedding this weekend -- rehearsal dinner, and wedding dinner. Gotta get some good workouts in and mind the eating. It's gonna be tough.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Keep your focus and I bet you'll do fine. Enjoy the wedding! Good job on the workouts as usual.

Splurge a "little" at the wedding dinners and work out ALOT and you'll be just fine. :)
