It has been a long while since I’ve used the app and much has changed. The biggest change being a move to a new state. Funds were short so I fell back into buying cheap carb and sugar heavy foods. I’ve gained a considerable amount of weight and I am miserable. It’s time I get myself out of this crap food funk and start making real food and lose this weight.
337.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 202.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week

making fun foods while you watch like YouTube or cooking channels will help to make healthy food fun and not like a chore and will help with the food issue. I make a lot of quick steam veggies or flash boil my veggies and do a lot and then season with my fave seasonings (black pepper, turmeric, garlic, ginger, lime, etc. which ever suits my tastebuds at the time) and then get some type of protein *since I'm vegetarian it's nearly always mushrooms, lentils, tofu (sparingly), or eggs* and cook that whichever way makes me happiest and pair those.. simple quick meals that dont drain me and give me a lot of energy for my walks or workouts. Even better: all of it can be bought at like 99 cents stores or the Dollar Tree. So super cheap AND quick. Also healthy but tasty!!

@keyten77 I LOVE Korean cooking shows!!! I'm not on Netflix currently but when I last was it getting a lot better in terms of quality and options. I am on YouTube for the cooking shows : Cooking with Dog; Nigirrico; a channel in Chinese that isnt easily translatable... then a few on regular (non cable) TV. But that is a great concept!

Hell I screenshot meals from this group and listen to my healthy coworkers who eat clean or gluten free and allows the average family meal 🤗🤗 but CICO is a definite key to a solid weight loss 💯. I do Mediterranean and Keto through the week but maintain a weekly deficit.
