Finished the Whole 30. So never felt hungry and the sugar and carbs withdrawals weren't pleasent. But I lost 27lbs in 30 days but more importantly, I feel incredible...so I know it works.
253.4 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Amazing effort. Read an interview about some folks trying and failing this diet. So, is 45 days next?

Yeah so now its trying to incorporate things back in and seeing how your body responds. I know processed sugar is out. Thats a life change. And with the exception of some cheeses, dairy might be out too. But grains and the occasional drink. Well start there and see where it goes. Whole30 is almost always more of a cleanse than a sustainable diet. But the whle food meals are awesome and very good for you.
