Well, I had 2 cheat days but I'm happy with the results. I didn't get to exercise this week....too many appts for my son. I plan on starting the exercise this week so that will definately jump start things.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
