Considering i started the week off sick with the crud my nephew so graciously past along, i am happy to say i got my exercise time in and started Sensa this Saturday to see if that helps boost my weight loss....all natural and no stimulants...and i actually did notice a change in my appetite on day 1! It was kinda odd to be half way thru a healthy dinner of 4oz chicken breast, side salad and 1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese when i realized i was no longer hungry - and felt satisfied! I didn't know what to do with the rest of my food, so ended up tossing it! Wow! Nice!
