1660 kcal Fat: 68.32g | Prot: 62.77g | Carb: 198.96g.   Breakfast: preserves plum, country crock, english muffin, 1% milk great value, complete vitamin equate. Lunch: romaina lettuce, wheat bread, mayo kraft, ham black forest land o frost. Dinner: kraft roasted red pepper with parmesan dressing, provolone cheese, onion white, tomatoes, lettuce, brocolli , spaghetti with meat sauce. Snacks/Other: fruit bar strawberry great value, snickers bar snack size. more...
