1660 kcal Fat: 68.32g | Prot: 62.77g | Carb: 198.96g.   Breakfast: english muffin, preserves plum, complete vitamin equate, country crock, 1% milk great value. Lunch: ham black forest land o frost, wheat bread, mayo kraft, romaina lettuce. Dinner: onion white, tomatoes, provolone cheese, spaghetti with meat sauce, kraft roasted red pepper with parmesan dressing, brocolli , lettuce. Snacks/Other: snickers bar snack size, fruit bar strawberry great value. more...
