Hello everyone, thank you for the warm welcome! I have tried many times at losing weight but now I have to get my health in check more than ever. I have had a lot of medical issues and was just diagnosed with PCOS and Metabolic Syndrome. I am working on adopting a low carb eating style and getting more active.
