Is it easy to gain muscle weight? Could I have gained one pound of muscle in one week? Hmmm...followed diet 100%, exercised daily and drank tons of water. I don't want to delude myself...

Your weight can vary for so many reasons. I have followed my eating plan perfectly and had slight gains and other times exceeded my calories on a regular basis and had a loss. The overall trend is the important thing.

Muscles hold water & NEED water when they are worked. "It" will all even out. Stay patient.

Your weight history chart has that awesome downward trend!! Use the mirror to gauge your results as well. There's been many times where I've gained a pound or three but looked leaner. Mirror trumps scale in my opinion. I want to say that gaining an lb of muscle in a week is normal ;)

Thanks for the encouragement CJT1217 - I look smaller - but still have a pair of pants on my agenda I cannot yet zip! So want to build some muscle, and still lose fat in the same week! Humpf...miracles can happen, right?

I think the regular gain for muscle if you're trying is 1# per month.

Try not to stress over minor fluctuations in weight, as so many things can affect it. As someone mentioned earlier, it's the overall trend that counts, and yours is awesome!! Keep up the great work!
