Well tht means i onlyI lost 0.5 lbs , because I don't see 5 lbs of tht coming off my body

i dont think this is realistic, but its probably not that far off. losing 1lb of pure fat is not easy and everyone should feel accomplished after achieving that result. keep it up folks. i believe in you. count those macros!!!

That 5 lbs doesn't necessarily come off in one big chunk like that. I'm sure it's from all over. Is just kind of a visual so that folks realize 5 pounds is nothing to sneeze at. Yes, it can also be looked at as what has been gained, but I prefer to see the positive.

The other thing to consider is that sometimes our weight gain isn't all fat. Sometimes it's due to water retention or even poo retention!

i remember oprah's wagon of fat, i think she lost 67 lbs! that made an impression on me! as i needed to lose over 100 at that time :-0
