412am..THIS DAY HAS BEEN CANCELED..DUE TO LACK OF UMPH...goood wednesday morning..alarm on phone went off at 33oam..but shut if off..an next one went off at 4am..guess im tired..shut if off an finally got up..guess on zwift today..kinda wishing my friend wasnt coming over at 630am to ride..id just try an go back to sleep..but im up..so guess il get some stuff done
i really miss operah...an her meditations..but took advice from couple of days ago an downloaded insight timer on phone..its meditations and i might add..great little app with several people on it..have started using that along with headphones on phone..have a couple of favorite people i listen to..
was hoping the scales would co operate this morning an i could show a release on fs..but as always..you just cant depend on the scales..however i have also been showing release in inches..tried on pants in closet last night..an was able to almost get into 38s that are just so close to fitting..the 40 pair of shorts that i normally cant get into until sept...well by sept..im sure il be able to walk out of them without undoing the button on them...yes they fit an are already baggy in the butt...
for anyone that wants to lose in the butt area...ride a bicycle..it does work it off nicely..however..a set of chamois shorts or a padded seat are a must...
welp...gonna get a cup of tea..get this off day started rest of the way ..starting to open my eyes an wonder why im not riding today..but will take it off since ive ridden 3 days in a row..let my bod have a rest day..
almost 70 today..75 thur an friday...and then..well..temps fall back again...but gonna try an get out in morning an do an early morning ride..pavement time tomow morning...just have to layer up to enjoy it..

Glad to see you found some people you like on insighttimer! LOL I’m not on much, it goes in waves of when I need to meditate or not. But I do find the app very useful. I’ve also been sleeping in these spring mornings. Though I think I’ll blame mine on being at my daughter’s in an unfamiliar bed! LOL 😆 I just want to laze around once I can sleep! Too much a creature of habit!🙋🏻
