358am...32 feels like 29..and im getting out of a nice warm bed why again..goood tuesday morning...o yeah cause its time to get up an moving..really all i want to do today is go back to bed an call the day off..just cant seem to get with the program last few days..sleeping so good in the mornings that the alarm on phone has been waking me up..an alot of mornings the second one i have set..is going off as well..i really think its the seasons getting warmer..an doing more stuff outside when the temps are warmer..yesterday i prepped chicken..an rakes leaves outside for a few..went to walmart an picked up a few things..and to start off the day i did a zwift ride..

today..well..not sure what today is gonna bring..i am starting to wake up...so thats a good sign..need to set up laptop to flat screen in fitness room...get ready to ride on zwift..get my day started out right..have even been getting into a more refined way of sticking to my food menu..just seems so much easier doing omad each day...getting into a habit..an thats what works..getting into a healthy habit an sticking with it..

well gotta go..gotta go go go..gotta go...time is wasting..gotta get get get...

Morning Mike I feel the same way...woke up at 330..and was sluggish but work calls a 16 hr day ...so off I went going to get nice here at end of week...hoping the same for you...have a good day;)

GOOOOOOOOOOD MORNIN MAXIE..yeap...suppose to be nice here wednesday-saturday..then back into 40s...but a few nice days..will be great for a change..HAVE A GREAT ONE..

JUST finished 2 rides.. FIRST WORKOUT..Zwift Fitness Torque It Up Tuesdays..13.32 mi,,51:50 on time..571 ft elevation..459 in calories.. SECOND WORKOUT..Watopia.....needed longer workout...10.70 mi..41:10 on time... 230 ft elevation..326 in calories..needless to say..im whooped...

You do have a few days a week off OMAD don’t you Mike? Where you eat more than the 30g of protein you can digest and process in one meal? Or are you counting on the creatine powder for the muscle building benefit? 🙋🏻

It seems we are in the same type of weather cycle so if you get some cold weather then mine is the next day..but here is to nice weather until then my friend.. hip...hip...horay...for the nice weather days! ;)
