Starting EFS is fast approaching and I am very stoked to get started again..I have done pretty good considering I am really not following things to the "T". Last night was my only major slip up, hubby wanted BLT's for dinner.....I caved...but told him he was killing my diet...he just laughed! He knows that I am starting full force on Monday so I think he didn't care much! Oh well, it was good to have bacon, haven't done that since January!!! Going to set down this weekend and figure out what I need to start EFS on Monday! Truly I have followed FSD pretty much all week except for a few slips here and there. Still exercising every day and feeling great about that! Wishing you all well over the weekend, keep up the great work, you are all doing AWESOME!!!

I am on day 5 of EFS and I'm down 4lbs. I thought it was going to be hard to follow, but I am getting used to it now and don't really miss some foods at all. Good luck when Monday rolls around!

EFS is going to be so good for you! Make sure you try the black and white chili from the back of the book. It is killer!

When are you able to eat some of the recipes in the back of the book? Right now I am following the meal plan for EFS to a tee!

Good luck on Monday. Husband's are really good at ruining your diet. I had to make baked ziti for mine the other day, but I did good and only sampled the tomato part of the sauce to check for seasoning. He does Weight Watchers, so our menus are quite a bit different. He doesn't seem to mind eating all of the low-fat ice cream he can find in front of me. We'll just see who loses the most and keeps it off the longest*WINK*. You'll do fine in EFS. Have a great weekend.
