I made a bad choice for food for lunch. I got a Wendy's Spicy Caesar Salad and that was the WRONG choice. 770 calories. 42 grams of carbs. I had a BLT Cobb Salad from Wendy's before and it only had 450 calories in it and like 22 grams of carbs. So I was out and about, needed lunch, and though "Oh, I'd really like a Caesar salad" and went through the Wendy's drive through and brought the thing home and ate it. Then when I logged it, I got the sticker shock. So it's already done - I just ate almost 800 calories for lunch and my day is shot. It happens from time to time - you get food you think is okay and you can't believe how many calories and carbs it has when you find out later. Well, I won't be eating that again. On a better note, I finally ran 3/4 of a mile at the gym! Took me 11 minutes and 30 seconds. My ankles were hurting by the time I got done, but I walked for a little more than 8 minutes after that and I felt better. I am going to try to do it again tomorrow. I can't believe how close I am getting to a mile. It feels really good.
