I made a bad choice for food for lunch. I got a Wendy's Spicy Caesar Salad and that was the WRONG choice. 770 calories. 42 grams of carbs. I had a BLT Cobb Salad from Wendy's before and it only had 450 calories in it and like 22 grams of carbs. So I was out and about, needed lunch, and though "Oh, I'd really like a Caesar salad" and went through the Wendy's drive through and brought the thing home and ate it. Then when I logged it, I got the sticker shock. So it's already done - I just ate almost 800 calories for lunch and my day is shot. It happens from time to time - you get food you think is okay and you can't believe how many calories and carbs it has when you find out later. Well, I won't be eating that again. On a better note, I finally ran 3/4 of a mile at the gym! Took me 11 minutes and 30 seconds. My ankles were hurting by the time I got done, but I walked for a little more than 8 minutes after that and I felt better. I am going to try to do it again tomorrow. I can't believe how close I am getting to a mile. It feels really good.

Just accept and correct. Go easy on dinner and make up for it tomorrow. It happens to all of us. The good news is you are way ahead with your exercise..... The trick is to burn more than you eat...

don't you hate that sometimes what should be "healthy" is so horrible. It is frustrating, but it happens to all of us sometimes. You are still doing amazing with everything. Congratulations on running for 3/4 mile!!!! I am sure it will not be long before you are at a mile!!!
