Day 13 of not smoking. I am doing pretty well, but I have definitely been eating more. I have not lost any weight this week - I have been eating and eating! It's not grossly overeating - like 1500 calories, sometimes 1800 calories a day, but it will not get me in the weight loss hall of fame for sure! I also pulled a muscle in my hip, and I've stayed out of the gym for four days. I think I'll go back tomorrow. So I don't have anything fabulous to report. I did try Dreamfield's pasta and it didn't raise my blood sugar too much so I am happy with it. Now I can have pasta salad, and pasta with meat sauce. I love pasta so much, I can't even tell you. So Dreamfield's was good to find. I have got to stop eating the sugar free candy. I don't know if it's just because I have quit smoking, but I have been scarfing it lately. I haven't had any today and that's good. I love Blue Bell No Sugar Added Ice Cream. I alternate between Country Vanilla and Dutch Chocolate. I am trying to hold off until I come home from work for that. I haven't had an Atkins Brownie in a while. I just really have to check my self-discipline and buckle down on staying within my daily calorie limit. Tomorrow I should go back to the gym.
