Had some friends over for dinner! I made some pulled pork that everyone could have. I ate Zucchini Noodles &sweet potatoes for my friends. They brought over apple pie for dessert, I didn’t touch it. I wanted to kick them out after I saw it... hahaha jk!

whats on your zucchini noodles ? - they look creamy ( and yummy )

EvvEllen- I made the zucchini noodles in a cream sauce. Butter, heavy cream, Parmesan. I topped it with a little mozzarella and ricotta. I added Italian seasonings and garlic for flavor.
