I binged hard today...it was a therapy day and it was hard to control it. As time goes on, I hope this gets less and less. Using the FatSecret app, I don't see an area where I can track my strength training and I don't feel like logging onto the computer at the moment. Ah well...proud of myself on not only hitting the gym but completing Day 1 of the C25K program and doing some PM Yoga.

On the mobile app, on the screen where you enter your meals, underneath "Snacks", there is a place to add exercise. It took me a long while to find that too!
