So when it rains it pours I suppose lol. This last week was very challenging in the workout area mainly because I had a cyst burst on my right ovary. Needless to say, today is the first day that I have felt pretty good. My right side is still a little tender but not nearly as bad as last week. Hopefully now I can get this weight loss going and not have anything happen. I know that any loss I experience will be water weight because I'm super bloated. Looking forward to doing this!
