We all have those days. Don't worry, it'll pass. If you can't resist just allow yourself 1 treat then get right back on it. One bad day doesn't have to turn into a bad week, month, year etc. It's OK to struggle sometimes, just try to have a better day tomorrow.

We're all trying to retrain our bodies, our metabolisms, our minds and habits. It's a big job that necessarily means some struggles. But, you're doing it!

Looked at your journal, you make some wonderful dishes and I also noticed you slip up every few days , if you could stretch that out say once a wk.it wouldn't be so bad but really buckle say for 90 days and good by the book no matter what, you'll be very happy with yourself.
