Here we are again. This must be the umpteenth time I've been on a diet. Some have been very successful (I lost over 4 stone during my most successful diet - almost reaching my goal weight). Others on the other hand haven't even made it past the first day. It should be simple, all I need to do is think about what I'm eating and eat less. I know very very well it's not that easy, if only it was. I feel determined right now, with a little bit of luck I'll feel as determined tomorrow and the day after that etc etc.
