600 POUND LIFE..goooood wednesday morning..from time to time i watch my 600 pound life on tlc...i was never that heavy...but i see so many of the things that drove an drive me to eat..amanda told me in yesterdays journal not to binge...but by the time she wrote it i was already done bingeing...i couldnt get enough salt ...ate way to many polish sausages....but at the time they was good and when i was eating them...that little voice kept talking to me...i knew better..but....well todays a new day...forgive myself an move on in the right direction with lots of water to flush it all out..kinda thinking most of its gone..had to take 2 poops this morning already...lol...

did another 25.1 miles this morning..795 in calories burned..1:34 time of ride...im working at getting my mileage back up...so by the time spring an nicer weather get here...i will be ready to do 30 miles or more this year...for anyone that is insecure when they workout..or want to let someone know where they are when they workout..on strava which ive used for some time now...there is a beacon you can use an add up to 3 contacts so they can watch your ride/run/whatever..in the event you need help...you have to pay for subscription to strava...but i see where its gonna be a nice little add on..

well..need to get up an make the salad...3 above...wind chill -9...another cold day in store for alot of us...but sun is suppose to shine again today..i think todays high is 22..an by friday 42..cant wait ...will feel like a heat wave in january..kinda thinking not gonna be as warm as 50 on saturday..but if the ice is off the roads..might venture out on road bike an get a ride in ...just enough miles to hold me over till the next nice day....

watching the show...makes me see that I am an addict to food ..an as always have to learn all I can about portion sizes an what's in what I eat..and findings a way to burn the calories I take in...a rest day still means moving the body to burn what I take in that day...

I love that show too, although I just finished Fat Chance it was very motivating.

Ok this old lady is ready to go! Bought an exercise bike, tell me do I really need all these resistance levels lol Ok my legs are rubber!

@8patty...on one of my workouts that I did several weeks ago...it said you can skip this if you are in shape...after the workout..i was thinking to myself...i thought I was in shape...the workout ..made me wonder if I would make it to the recliner in the other room...if it don't kill you...it only makes you stronger...

I watch the show to and it breaks my heart to see them suffer so. The show kind a gave me a push to stop killing myself.
