CAN YOU SAY BRRRRR...just getting in recliner to journal...mike my friend just left from his workout on zwift...1 above..with wind chill -15...i was surprised he came over to ride..but..guess hes dedicated..
i did a 25.2 mile ride today..16.1 ave speed..775 calories burned off..in 1:32 time of ride...just did a regular ride today..wasnt one of my scheduled rides..change of pace for the body..keep it guessing what im gonna give it for the day...
todays plan...stay in..stay warm..wind advisory till noon...but as cold as it is..gonna take several days to feel like a heat wave is here..was suppose to be 50 on saturday..now its suppose to be 45...by time saturday gets here hard to say what it will be...might not be riding outside after all...wait an see..
well gonna head to kitchen an set up a salad for later..an have another cup of coffee...another day of setting in recliner..moving around when i have to..might set alarm on phone to get up every 30 minutes just to keep moving...i usually try an stick with that plan..keeps me up an moving so i dont get the case of sit downs...lol..

Last night I found a closed golf course, hope I don't show up on the news lol. Ran up and down the hills for 10 minutes. Waiting for it to warm up today so I can walk!

got bored...all that snow on the drive is now pushed to the other side of the drive..50-100 foot drive..solid ice under the snow..but if the sun shines..hoping it will melt some of it..burned off some serious calories with that workout..2 layers on..and feet was only thing that got cold..inside once again..an wondering what im gonna find to do to keep me busy rest of the day...
