What to do when you REALLY dont feel like doing anything, let alone workout for an hour??!!!!!

Lol. Dunno. Just responded to say though, I'm with ya' sister! All I feel like doing right now is ... nothing but feeling sorry for myself. Thanks for letting me join the 'man, I feel like doing NOTHING club'! :).

I didn't feel like doing anything either. But I got on my workout clothes and just did it. I did feel really good afterward though. Tell yourself you only have to do 10 minutes and if you don't really want to do more stop. Most likely you will want to keep going, lol.

I push myself and always feel better about it afterwards. EXCEPT when I was killing myself with the wii "My Fitness coach" I found it hard to find a happy medium. It was either too easy once I had been doing it for about 2 months or too hard and I couldn't get my stamina up enough to do 30 seconds of cross country skiing and 20 seconds of frog leaps in a row! I would just get frustrated cuz I couldn't keep up. It is so important to have a back up option. I do pilates when I just can't get outside to walk, but this isn't cardio. I walk at the mall sometimes, but sometimes I jsut can't fit it in. I work really hard because I want it so bad!

A wise friend once told me "just dress up and show up" the rest will handle itself. it is easy said hten done....but sometimes that's all it takes.

Great job! It's so hard to get into working out sometimes, but it's definately worth it in the end.
